REVEREND WILL BEEDONE

You've been invited to play the role of REVEREND WILL BEEDONE in Murder at the Manor. Lord Heathcliff is throwing a swanky dinner party in honour of his new bride. All the usual suspects are there - the vicar, the cook, the professor - plus a few unusual ones. But dinner will never be served because Lord Heathcliff is hit over the head with a candlestick just as he's taking his customary afternoon swim. You're invited to find out who snuffed out his candle!

Your costume suggestion

You pair the traditional black shirt and dog collar with jeans to show you’re hip and trendy. Your thick woollen cardigan keeps the church draughts out and you always have the Good Book to hand - or at least, a good book.

About you...

BIO
You felt called to join the clergy after being forced to watch endless episodes of the Thorn Birds with your mum. Although you were raised in a Catholic school you decided that particular variant was a bit limiting and decided that the Church of England was the way to go. When you’re not fundraising and leading services, you enjoy paintball contests, culminating in a hotly contested “Nuns vs Vicars” show-down every year.

INTRODUCE YOURSELF AT THE START OF THE GAME BY READING THIS
I am Reverend Will Beedone. I wasn’t planning to come here today but the Lord works in mysterious ways, much like my Sat Nav. Lord Heathcliff had few friends and many enemies, but I’m sure we can all agree that he’s happy looking down on us, as he always has, from the other side. Sadly, when I arrived he was already dead so I don’t see how I could be a suspect.
